At the client’s request, we issue detailed Status Reports – on a daily or weekly basis, whatever the client requires. From dispatch through to delivery, the client receiving ongoing updates regarding the movement of their cargo.
Using the international network we have developed, we are advised to possible problems in advance (i.e. port congestion) and we work together, to overcome them, to minimise the impact on a client’s cargo.
CML’s IT infrastructure is ISO 9001 accredited and as an extension of that, we regularly discuss internal systems and procedures, to see if we can possibly improve our services and by association, that of our subsidiary offices and Agents.
CML is a member of BIFA (British International Freight Association) and FIATA (International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations.
